General Terms

SFW or Suggestive only● Any and all images displayed or purchased can by no means be used for Ai-Training/editing● Commissions will be attended in the order of their arrival.● Please provide clear and understandable information about your commission idea. The visual references are important, they must have quality.● It is mandatory to inform if you want a commission for personal or commercial use.● My deadline for delivery is between 2-4 weeks (Highly depends on complexity, could be way quicker), that deadline is from the start of your commission.If something makes it difficult for me to meet my deadline, I will inform you accordingly.Example: Sickness or accidents of any kind. If you need your commission for a specific date, please let me know.● I will not trace the style of other artists. I'll just use my own style.● Payment is required in advance to reserve your slot, which is
non-refundable.● By sending payment, you agree to abide by my Terms of Service.

Copyright

● Commercially used work will have fees starting from 50% depending on what kind of use.● I retain all copyright on commissioned art.● I will NOT claim the intellectual property (IP) of the commissioned artwork.● I will NOT profit more from commissioned art unless you (the customer) break any of the terms.● I reserve the right to publish the commissioned artwork online, on my portfolio, as well as in publications such as free artbooks (etc.).● You can upload commissioned artwork on any website (unless it is to generate profit) and social media.● You may NOT profit from the piece commissioned (re-sale, redistribution, upload to POD services, printing to sell, NFT, etc), unless the commercial-use fee was payed in accord with the profit method that will be used.● You retain the intellectual property (IP) rights of the artwork.The following is considered copyright infringement:1. Reproducing/commercially using the copyrighted artwork.2. Claiming the piece was done by you (the customer)3. Making changes to the piece without my consent.

Refund and Fees

● Customer cannot refund the first half of the payment once I begin working on the commission.● If for some reason I am unable to start your commission, you will receive a full refund.● If the customer cancels the order before I start working on the piece, I can get the customer a full refund.● If the customer is receiving a refund, please do not request a chargeback from PayPal. I will transfer the money to the customer myself through PayPal. I will transfer the money to the customer myself.● If the customer request a PayPal chargeback at any part of the process the customer will lose the rights of the piece and I will now have the right to profit from the piece. The chargeback will be declined and PayPal will be informed with our conversation. This will also result in the customer being backlisted from commissioning anything from me again.If you wish to have your commission kept private, a 15% fee will be applied so I'm not allowed to post it anywhere.
